We are currently seeking a highly professional, self-motivated, Regional Sales Manager for Global market. The Regional Sales Manager’s main role is to develop the local market in order to attain sales goal and required overall team performance. Reporting to Director of Opeations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager to establish and reach Company goals (sales and operational goals);
- Establish standard management practices (performance review, personal development, skill management);
- Perform regular follow-ups with employees to monitor and improve sales performance;
- Manage and collaborate to sales budget definition and follow-up through regular reporting activities;
- Ensure proper usage of Maystar sales tools and tight follow-up of company’s processes and policies;
- Contribute to the company’s growth by sharing knowledge and experience to Regional Managers and other team members – act as a model and reference;
- Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities, processes and systems;
- Supervise the management of leads/opportunities on his territory;
- Maintain a balance between direct and indirect sales as per objective;
- Optimize the distribution channels for every product of the Maystar portfolio.

- Degree in business, textiles,fashion or other relevant field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling or buying in denim fabric or garment ;
- Strong interest and ambition for denim fabric and jeans products;
- Knowledge in metrology quality control;
